Our high-quality sugar sanding machines ensure uniform distribution and excellent adhesion of the sugar coating, while offering an easy-to-clean and fully automatic design. The extruded product is guided over a vibrating sugar bed from below while being coated by a fresh sugar curtain from above. Excess sugar is removed by gently tapping the product with an eccentric bar, then collected and recycled.

Some products, such as belt-type products, may need to be rotated by 180° to prevent excess sugar from contaminating downstream equipment. The sugar sanding system delivers highly uniform, premium-quality sugar-coated products.

In addition to granulated sugar, the system can also handle various coating and dusting blends used for extruded confectionery products.
