Description

The Mogul production line is an integrated industrial system based on starch moulding technology for gummies, Turkish delight, marshmallows and similar soft confectionery. Liquid product is deposited into cavities formed in starch trays and then conditioned until it reaches its final shape and texture.

The process includes starch preparation, mould impression, accurate depositing, conditioning, product separation, starch cleaning and transfer to optional sugar coating, oiling or packaging stages.

High-precision dosing and moulding ensure consistent weight and shape. Automated operation supports continuous high-capacity production, while the flexible, hygienic and modular design accommodates different recipes and product shapes.
